Crystalline microworld landscape
Classification: Educational Rogue-Lite

Become a scientist
of the microworlds.

A sci-fi exploration adventure across the four states of matter. Plot-twist: you might actually be inside your own brain.

Sequence 01

The Premise

H₂O · idle

"The planet is in crisis and the future is uncertain. Solutions are complex and require deep understanding. This game is a journey to knowledge and a vehicle to comprehension."

ATOMARIUM is a unique blend of art, design, science, technology and nature — a cooperation between STEM experts at SimON AR/VR (a KAJO spinoff) and architectural visionaries at FUTURESEARCH STUDIO. Built for gaming fans, made to make you think.

The Specimen

A humanoid neuron,
reaching out with dendrites.

The main character is a metaphor for learning, curiosity, reasoning and memory. It uses its dendrite "hairs" to grasp, probe and interact with everything in the microworlds — from element clusters to the creatures that inhabit them.

Two Modes

Side-by-side verification.

Toggle between the simulation in the microworlds and the cloud inventory inside the player's own brain — collected elements, crafting space and active quests.

Mode A8 Levels

Simulation Mode

Eight microworlds based on the four states of matter. The player moves, interacts with villains, buddies and helpers, and collects elements. World order is randomly generated — plasma is always last.

Mode B3D Cloud Inventory

In Your Brain

A 3D cloud inventory inspired by the periodic table. Combine molecules into new products, dismantle products back to molecules, and access hints and quests. Progress depends on what you craft.

Sequence 02

Four states. Eight transitions.

Transferring between microworlds happens through freezing, melting, deposition, sublimation, vaporization, condensation, recombination and ionization.

FREEZING ↔ MELTING

01 / Solid

Crystalline

Bedrock microworlds of locked geometry. Freeze in to advance; melt out to flow forward.

CONDENSATION ↔ VAPORIZATION

02 / Liquid

Viscous

Suspended exchange. Currents of element trade where buddies, villains and helpers drift between you.

SUBLIMATION ↔ DEPOSITION

03 / Gas

Aether

Ephemeral mists where elements scatter before recombining. Movement is the only constant.

IONISATION ↔ RECOMBINATION

04 / Plasma

Ignition

The final world. Full inventory, full knowledge. The villain is a reflection of you.

The Inhabitants

They can attack, help, trade, sabotage — or simply ignore you.

Every microworld is populated by creatures with their own motivations. Some need rescue. Some want to bargain. Some watch you pass through indifferent to your survival.

Sequence 03

The Brain Archive.

Combining molecules creates products. Products dismantle back into molecules. To progress between worlds, collect elements and complete quests.

Sequence 04 · The Final World

The plasma world is the last. The final villain is a reflection of you.

You enter with full inventory and full knowledge, expecting to confront the cause of the planet's destruction. Your final actions decide the ending: you can fight yourself — or find peace.

Project Scope

A fantasy built to teach.

ATOMARIUM is an educational sci-fi rogue-lite — a fantasy adventure that smuggles real science into play. Players inhabit a neuron-headed scientist exploring the four states of matter, learning by transforming the world around them.

A functional vertical-slice demo is ready and playable. We are seeking a publisher or investment partner to bring ATOMARIUM to global audiences across PC, Switch 2 and Apple platforms.
